Apex Leads Inc.
Privacy notice
What we collect, why we use it, and how to reach us.
Effective September 29, 2026
Information you give us
When you request a walkthrough, we receive your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, and any service area, priorities, notes, or business estimates you choose to provide. We use these details to review your request and respond to you.
When you use a contractor's service-request form powered by Apex Command, the form sends your contact details, service request, location, and notes to that contractor's workspace. The contractor named on the form uses the request to decide how to follow up. Please do not put payment card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information in a request form.
Contractor account holders and their teams may add leads, contacts, conversations, appointments, estimates, jobs, tasks, and related notes to their workspace. Sign-in details are handled through the account authentication service. We may also receive support messages and technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide the requested walkthrough, operate Apex Command, route a service request to the correct contractor workspace, provide support, protect accounts, monitor delivery failures, and maintain the service. The contractor and its authorized team can access the service requests and records in its workspace. We do not use a service-request submission as permission to enroll someone in a marketing campaign.
Providers that help operate the service include Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Resend for transactional email when that delivery is enabled. Additional providers may be used for separately enabled features such as payments or telecommunications. They process information needed to provide those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Storage and security
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, handle requests, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations. Access is limited by account and business workspace, and internal provider credentials are not intended to be exposed in the browser. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please contact us promptly if you believe an account or request has been exposed.
Your choices
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information held by Apex, contact us below. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted by law. For a service request sent to a contractor, contact that contractor about its own customer records and follow-up practices as well.
If a client enables a communications feature, consent and opt-out requirements remain the responsibility of the business using that feature unless a written agreement says otherwise. Apex does not treat a walkthrough request as consent to automated marketing SMS.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the service changes and will show the new effective date here. Questions or privacy requests: nicholas.cloud64@gmail.com or (205) 777-8444.
Use of the website and workspace is also subject to our Terms of Use and any client-specific written service agreement.
